Why?
Items purchasable by Aurum are "sidegrades" - that is, variations on the items available for ISK that do not differ significantly in power.
Where is the ISK equivalent for these AUR boosters?
Spin it however you want call it, pay to get ahead, pay to advance faster, blah, blah, blah! Fact of the matter is that I can not get a booster with ISK.

Reav Hannari wrote:Yes, CCP used their one and only income stream to start building three more games. Each of those games will eventually need to generate more revenue than it costs them to develop and maintain. CCP profits are not very high because R&D is eating into the profits they do generate. Their income statements are posted on their corporate site for all to see.
Sales of Aurum and virtual items are how CCP makes money off of DUST. Once the player market is added to DUST then all items purchased using Aurum should be able to be sold to other players for ISK. This will allow players that can't or don't want to spend real money to have access to all items, but those items will have been initially acquired by spending real money.
This is the same model used by PLEX in EVE and it can totally work here.
It just requires patience. But pay to advance quicker!
I do not feel like waiting hence the reason I would want a booster, right?

Yeah but having 9,318,400 more SP's more than someone else faster is not pay to win right? Because someone with 500,000 SP's can do just as good as someone with 20 million SP's in a PC battle, right?
F2P = every piece of Aurum gear has an ISK equivalent
This is not true ^
I can not get a booster without paying for it with using Aurum.
Before you say a "booster is not gear" why do I have to go to my character to activate it?

I agree however CCP from day one always stated that anything that could be bought using Aur would have and ISk equivalent. |

Item for item trading needs to happen sooner than later.
It does not have to be tied to EVE just yet. But honestly what is preventing the implementation to trade uneeded items or boosters for other items or isk.
I guess I could have stated it this way and avoided all the troll comments. |

Well trolling Sherlock you can cry about the booster all you like... but it still isn't pay to win. It's pay to progress a bit faster in SP and skill development. Anyone with half a brain realizes that saving time progressing has value but that whether or not you pay you will still be able to progress and max out whatever skills you like. So, troll, cry, pretend you are too stupid to understand, or whatever you like. Does paying make a difference? Sure. Can you still do everything in the game without paying? Sure. And, finally, for the terminally stupid, a booster has no direct influence on your combat. You know, the part where people are actually worried about winning. I think some of you are crying because people who have money and are able to save time while you can't.
Hummm, who is trolling now?
Why are you so mad at me wanting a ISK booster?

Thanks but no thanks, I fear we will not be seeing player market for quit some time. I more than likely will have moved on to much greater games by then.
